TERMS OF SERVICE
By reaching out to commission me you agree to the following terms:
1: I (the artist) can decline your (the customer) commission request if it (the art request) or you ( the customer) makes me uncomfortable, You the customer are under 18, I deem out of my skill range or any other reason.
2: You (customer) agree that you are above 18 years of age when reaching out to commission me, This includes for SFW art and especially Suggestive or NSFW art.Reason being I (the artist) myself is above 18 years of age and do not wish for minors to be interacting with my content especially commissioning me for art as it makes me uncomfortable.If it is found out you are below 18, your commission will be cancelled in some cases without a refund or partial refund unless work has not begun, in which case you will get a full refund.you (the customer) will also be blocked from all of my socials.
3: I (the Artist) do not consent to any art pieces that you (the customer) have commissioned to be ran through, trained or used for AI generated content, this includes AI overlay filters, This includes tracing the art, removing my watermark/signature or editing it and claiming it as your own.
4: I (the Artist) do not consent to any art pieces that you (the customer) have commissioned to be used/altered for hateful or illegal content, this includes Nazi or Neo-Nazi, Racist, MAGA, Anti-Vaxxer/Anti-Masker, Homophobic/Transphobic, Misogynistic, Paedophilia, Zoophilia, Incestuous, etc content.
5: I (the artist) have the right to cancel a commission if you (the customer) are harassing or being rude to me, if the art has not been started you will get a full refund, if it has been started depending on the stage you will either get a partial refund or no refund.
6: I (the artist) will not work with just written references and I (the artist) will require visual references to be included.Whoever I (the artist) will not work with AI-Generated or AI-Assisted visual/written references.I happily accept visual references such as photos taken in Video Games, Picrews/Other dress up like websites or apps, Pinterest images (non ai generated) Or Screenshots from Movies/Tv shows if you are do not have a drawn reference.Please note that if I (The Artist) have to alter a design or draw one from scratch (such as mix two outfit designs together) a extra fee may be added, price will depend on how much extra work I have to put in.
7: I (the artist) am more than happy to draw Yumeship/Selfship/OcxCanon content.However please note that I (the artist) will not decline requests from other customers who may also happen to Yumeship/Selfship/OCxCanon with the same character that you (the customer) have requested.If you are uncomfortable/distressed with seeing/possibly seeing me (the artist) post content involving the same character but with other peoples characters, I ask you please dont commission me as I do not wish to be caught in the crossfire or to cause you discomfort.
8: Any art made by me (The artist) must be given credit to when posting/using on social media, whether this is in the post, bio or similar.My accounts you can credit for each platform are:TheRoboticSpaceIdiot - Tumblr

PRIVACY POLICY
Before commissioning me, Please read through this policy so you are aware of how I handle both your and my privacy, Both commission and communication wise
1: Any conversation between you (the customer) and I (the artist) will not be shared on social media by me via screenshots or copypaste, screenshots are only taken by me for safety reasons (in case of false chargebacks/refunds, false claims of work not being done or similar)
2: Any finished art made by me (the artist) will be shared on my socials or used in my portfolio with a watermark. (either my signature, text saying "commission for x!" or both.)If you do not wish for me to post the finished piece until a certain date (e.g, You are a pre-debut Vtuber and wish for the art to be posted once you have debuted) Please make this very clear when reaching out.If you wish to be not tagged/have your name attached to the post, the name will be replaced with either client or anonymous.If you wish for the art to not be posted at all or added to my portfolio, please make this very clear when reaching out.
3: Commission Communication will be done via email or Discord, this is so I (the artist) can easily send work in progress pictures and stay organized.
REFUND POLICY
PLEASE read my refund policy so you (the customer) are fully aware how it works, both for your safety and mine.CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN A FULL REFUND IT IS FOR A REASON WHICH IS MENTIONED BELOW.
1: I take full payments upfront unless I (the artist) and You (the customer) have agreed to a split payment, of which will be a 50/50 split.
2: Full refunds will only be given if:Your commission hasn't been started and youve requested a refund.I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason.Commission has barely been done when youve requested a commission (e.g, very very early stages of sketching).
2: Partial Refunds will only be Given if:Work is in sketch phase but nothing is solid (details/colours/poses still being finalized).
3: NO Refunds (full or partial) will be given if:Work is near completion.Art is completed and You (the customer) have stated you are happy with it.You (The customer) are unhappy with something you have failed to mention in the early stages or near completion stages (e.g did not like how the hairstyle looked but did not ask for any changes when I (the artist) asked if you wanted anything changed).
